Briefing & Concept Design
All schemes start out as an idea, or an image you may have seen that you like the look of, and the more you delve into it, the more things change and develop. At Hoyle and Dean we understand the design process is an evolving one, so we don’t put a limit on the amount of design work we undertake. We establish what you need, what you want and what you like, then take it from there. Our design works start out as simple sketches, developing into coloured images and final renders, so you can see your vision come to life through its various iterations. The design process should be a fun one, without restraints, and we aim to provide that.
Planning & Consents
As part of our services, we offer full support with planning applications and consents. We aren’t a company that only provide the drawings. Unless that’s what you want. We provide a full support service, from the design sketches and layouts, to full planning consent drawing packages, steelwork calculations and Building regulation drawings. We submit all consents on behalf of our clients for no additional fee, and liaise with the relevant parties throughout to take the stress away and make the process as simple as possible.
We work on all types of planning requirements from Outline consent for development land, small scale extensions, change of use, certificates of lawful development up to full house designs.
Detail Design & Documentation
Some people like to be organised, like really organised, and we are here to help with that. If you have a scheme designed by us, and you want everything nailed down to the final detail, we are more than happy to oblige. Working on various internal remodelling schemes has given us a vast catalogue of materials, finishes, products and ironmongery to call up. If you need a full specification package for all your finishes in a scheme designed by us, we will go above and beyond to provide detailed drawings and specification documentation which details everything your builder may need to finalise the scheme and realise the aesthetic promised.
